Privacy Policy

Effective September 20, 2026. This policy explains how Pour handles information when you use the wine scanner, personal cellar, and AI wine assistant.

Information used to provide the app

When you choose to scan a label, Pour sends the photo you select or capture, along with the request needed to identify it, to our processing service. When you use Pour-AI, the text you submit and relevant conversation context are sent to provide the response. We use this information only to deliver the feature you requested.

Information stored on your device

Your collection, scan history, saved label images, app preferences, and locally generated installation identifiers are stored on your device. You can remove this information by deleting items in the app or deleting the app from your device.

Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to help determine whether a subscription entitlement is active. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

Service providers

Pour uses Supabase-hosted services to route requested AI analysis and uses an AI provider to generate wine identification and assistant responses. These providers process the information necessary to provide the requested feature. Do not include sensitive personal information in a label photo or an assistant prompt.

Tracking and advertising

Pour does not use your app information for cross-app advertising tracking or sell your personal information. The app does not include third-party advertising.

Children

Pour is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will review the request.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The effective date above will show the latest revision. For privacy questions or requests, email linggakusumasakti@gmail.com.
